TeKay Designs, Inc. is a manufacturer, mail order and internet retailer of wedding gowns, maternity clothing, ethnic clothing, bridal, formal, evening, and casual clothing for all sizes including plus, petites and tall.  Our headquarters is located in Houston, Texas - USA and we have a factory in Ghana, West Africa.  We do not have a retail store or showroom. Our products are available online.

We specialize in providing unique and designer attire including custom and ready made bridal and formal clothing for  weddings, special occasions, religious events, evening, career, and casual.   We design for both unusual size and standard size customers including:   Regular, Plus, Petite, Tall, Long-legged, etc.

We believe in providing stylish, affordable, and quality clothing including on time delivery and excellent customer service.  At our design center, our clothing are carefully hand made to your specifications. Our strong quality control process is an integral part of our successful operation, one which emphasizes quality and high standards of fabric and workmanship.

Due to the large number of junk emails received, we can not guarantee a specific timeframe to respond to your email.  Emails with attachments will be deleted (due to virus risk) unless previously approved by a Customer Service Representative.  Emails rejected by our anti-virus and anti spy ware software are deleted.  Please put your Order Number, or Product ID, or brief request in the Subject Line to distinguish your email.

Please contact Customer Service about order status, custom color or size or custom fabric not shown on order page, wholesale questions, or advertising.  If available, a representative will answer your questions. Otherwise, a representative will return your call or send you an email.  Limited availability during evenings and week-ends.  If inquiring about an order that you placed, please provide your name and the Order number.  Our Order line is only available for taking retail orders. Wholesale orders should be placed online.  If there are questions, please contact Customer Service.

For credit card orders, the billing name and address on the credit card account must match the billing name and address on the order for the order to be made or shipped. When completing our order form or placing a credit card order, please enter all required fields. Credit card orders are subject to fraud screening. We prefer for the Billing and Shipping Name and Address to be the same. We will follow up on differences between Billing and Shipping Name and Address prior to shipment.
